Impound Lot Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday – Vehicle releases and impound-related services are available during these designated hours. Please contact us in advance to schedule a release or inquire about impounded vehicles.

Ok. I called with emergency, because i was blocking parking lot on Pilot truck stop in Mt. Pleasant, IA. Danielle she is an angel in human form. It's Sunday and Easter on top of that. Her calm voice make me feel so good and ease right away. She send awesome driver ( Dan) in 30 min. And Dan, oh my God, this guy. Second angel. He said don't worry, I'll take care of that( my problem). Moist hose blow up, and I can't build up enough air to move, even an inch. He just do his magic, and save me time and money. After, I was able to park my truck and trailer on parking spot. And it was 535$ only. Best experience so far. God bless you all, may God take care of you, like you care for others.
